Based in the UK we offer a fast and reliable shipping service at a reasonable price. Nearly all of our orders are sent on a tracked service, which means that virtually nothing goes missing. On those rare and unfortunate times when it does we will send out a replacement order free of charge whenever possible.
No, we are prohibited by some of our distribution agreements from shipping internationally so we only ship to the United Kingdom.
B2B exceptions: Isle of Man, ROI, Channel Islands, etc… Please contact your sales representative for more information.
Simply contact us as soon as you can. Assuming your order has not shipped, it should not be a problem to help make the required adjustments to your order.
Changing your shipping address normally will not be a problem – assuming your order has not already shipped. All you need to do is contact us and we will help sort it out.
In limited circumstances we will be able to provide this service, however it is not considered part of our business as usual routine. Contact us for more information and a quote for the shipping cost.
If you order has taken longer than expected to arrive, then please contact us. Normally the sooner we are made aware of a problem the easier it is to sort out.
