Shipping FAQ & Policy

Based in the UK we offer a fast and reliable shipping service at a reasonable price. Nearly all of our orders are sent on a tracked service, which means that virtually nothing goes missing. On those rare and unfortunate times when it does we will send out a replacement order free of charge whenever possible.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are prohibited by some of our distribution agreements from shipping internationally so we only ship to the United Kingdom.

B2B exceptions: Isle of Man, ROI, Channel Islands, etc… Please contact your sales representative for more information.

What if I need to modify my order?

Simply contact us as soon as you can. Assuming your order has not shipped, it should not be a problem to help make the required adjustments to your order.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Changing your shipping address normally will not be a problem – assuming your order has not already shipped. All you need to do is contact us and we will help sort it out.

Can I get same day delivery?

In limited circumstances we will be able to provide this service, however it is not considered part of our business as usual routine. Contact us for more information and a quote for the shipping cost.

Where's my order?

If you order has taken longer than expected to arrive, then please contact us. Normally the sooner we are made aware of a problem the easier it is to sort out.

Shipping Policy

UK Shipping – Next Working Day

Orders placed before 12:00pm (noon) are normally shipped the same day. The time taken to deliver is from the date of dispatch. If there’s likely to be any delays we’ll let you know so you can decide if you would like to wait or not.

Deliveries are Monday-Friday

Discount Codes & Shipping Rates

Shipping options and prices are calculated after any active discount code. Applying a discount code can affect shipping options and rates.

Missed Deliveries

Royal Mail
Your local post office will hold your parcel for 2 weeks, before your order is automatically returned to us. Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.

Parcelforce
Your local Parcelforce depot or post office will hold your parcel for 1 week before your order is automatically returned to us. Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.

Bank Holidays & Christmas

We are closed on Bank Holidays and delivery services will not run on these days so please allow an extra day for delivery.

We also close between Christmas and New Year: 22nd December to 3rd January. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we work pretty hard the rest of the year and love to spend the time with our families.

Shipping Delays

In the very unlikely event that we cannot ship your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends) we will contact you via e-mail or phone with an expected delivery date.
