Royal Mail Standard delivery charges apply to orders under £40

Free Royal Mail Standard delivery is offered for orders over £40

Next Day Tracked Delivery with DPD is offered at a charge of £5.99 per order under £50

FREE Next Day delivery with orders over £50 - this can be selected at checkout.

We are only open Monday - Friday. If the order is placed before 12pm GMT, we will ship on the day. Otherwise it will be shipped the next working day at the earliest collection time possible.

Bank Holidays & Christmas

We are closed on Bank Holidays and delivery services will not run on these days so please allow an extra day for delivery.

We also close between Christmas and New Year: 22nd December to 3rd January. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we work pretty hard the rest of the year and love to spend the time with our families.

Your local post office will hold your parcel for 2 weeks, before your order is automatically returned to us. Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.

DPD
Your local DPD depot or post office will hold your parcel for 1 week before your order is automatically returned to us. Any parcels returned to us will be refunded minus any shipping and extra charges.

How will the packaging look like in case of a door delivery?

We ensure highest standards of packaging norms and deliver all our products in highly standardized Carton Boxes which will enable there are no damages while handling your items.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are prohibited by some of our distribution agreements from shipping internationally so we only ship to the United Kingdom.

What if I need to modify my order?

Simply contact us as soon as you can. Assuming your order has not shipped, it should not be a problem to help make the required adjustments to your order.

Changing your shipping address normally will not be a problem – assuming your order has not already shipped. All you need to do is contact us and we will help sort it out.

Can I get same day delivery?
