This Bolt-On version of the Small Top Tube Bag is also ideal for carrying your phone, energy bars, spare batteries etc.. Conveniently located and its style allows you easy one-handed access.
In addition, there are 2 Velcro straps sets with different sizes. These allow you to adapt the bag to both steel or titanium thin frames, as well as wide hydroformed or carbon tubes.
